Refer a friend for a private office
space and earn up to £50,000

The reward is 5% of the contract value (up to £50,000), for an initial 12-month term.

Payment will be issued after the referred client has completed 50% of their qualified contract length with Landmark Space, which will be a maximum of 6 months from the contract start date. Landmark Space will require the appropriate tax information, including national insurance, UTR or VAT registration details of the referrer as appropriate to facilitate payment by self-billing.

The Refer A Friend promotion is open to anyone recommending a Landmark Space office. Qualification for the reward is subject to a referral client signing the necessary documentation for a minimum term of 3 months. The referral form must be received and accepted before the referred client views the building in order to qualify for the referral fee.  The referred client must not have been a client of Landmark Space, nor a directly associated company (e.g. parent/sister company) of a current or previous client of Landmark Space for the past 3 years. The referred client must not have viewed a Landmark Space building via a third-party property agent or broker in the last 18 months. The promotion is valid until 31st December 2024.

The promotion cannot be redeemed against any other Landmark Space product. Offer subject to availability. In the event of a dispute, Landmark Space’s decision will be final. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Landmark Space reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
