Yes. All our buildings are 24/7 access. Once you have signed and met with your new Client Relationship Manager, he/she will issue you with a mifare chip access pass.

Absolutely! Whether your business grows by one person or 50, we can accommodate you quickly and efficiently with minimal disturbance to your business.

Yes. All you will need to do is notify your Client Relationship Manager and we can adjust the size of your office to meet your requirements. However you will have to honour the terms and conditions of your licence agreement, so if you have signed a 12 month contract for 6 desks, you will not be able to downsize until after the 12 months.

Yes we do require a holding deposit, which is usually 2 months’ rent. We require the first month’s rent to be paid up front and a direct debit to be set up for following monthly rent payments.
