1 Great St Helen’s offers a suite of acoustically optimised, thoughtfully designed spaces to support focus, clarity and collaboration, whether hosting clients or working internally. Level 1 includes a 1,000 sq ft conference suite for up to 100 guests with dedicated breakout space, alongside a range of meeting rooms (4–24 people), private phone booths, and informal breakout areas. Together, these spaces deliver one of the strongest meeting ratios in the City – with one seat for every 5.2 workstations.
