Landmark Space Evolving Brand: FAQs
1) Why is the Landmark Space brand evolving?
For over 25 years, we’ve built our business around one clear ambition: to create workplaces that work for people and businesses. That ambition has been shaped by our own experience and the organisations we support every day. The result is a more intentional, evidence-based way of designing and operating our spaces – delivered by a team who genuinely cares.
The brand evolution helps us express more clearly who we are today — and our continued commitment to delivering exceptional workspaces and service for you.
2) How is the Landmark Space brand evolving?
We want our brand to better reflect what we already do: creating workplaces that help people and businesses perform at their best.
This goes beyond design. It’s about expressing more clearly the thinking behind what we do: using real insight and evidence to ensure every space works harder for the people inside it and the organisations they power.
The new name reflects the thinking behind what we do: using real insight and evidence to ensure every space works harder for the people inside it.
Elementa speaks to the hundreds of elements that combine to make a workplace perform – and to the simple truth that people do their best work when they’re in their element. We call this approach Science at Work.
Nothing is changing about your contract, service, or day-to-day experience. You’ll start to see the new brand being talked about in more detail and rolled out over the next few weeks.
3) What will I see changing?
You’ll see:
- New visual identity (logo, colour palette, typefaces, photography style)
- A new website
- New marketing materials
- New signage in buildings
- Updated communications
All of these will support our goal to more clearly express what we, as a business, a team and a trusted partner, are all about.
4) What is not changing?
The people, spaces and the experience you know are all staying the same. We are just evolving our brand to express it better.
From an administrative perspective:
- The ultimate parent of the group and holding company entity is not changing
- Your contracts remain unchanged
- Our VAT number stays the same
- As our company name and address is changing, there will be some small changes to our invoicing and payment information. Please note our bank account and sort code will remain the same. We will be in touch with further details soon.
This is a brand change, not a legal or organisational restructure.
5) Will the evolution also include a change of name?
Yes, we will be changing our name, we’ll be announcing this soon to our clients and other trusted partners before publicising it more widely.
6) What does “Science at Work” mean?
We call our approach ‘Science at Work’.
It describes how we:
- Use real evidence and feedback (“science”)
- Understand how people actually work
- Design workplaces around those behaviours through evidence-based decisions
- Continuously improve the experience over time (i.e. we are always “at work”)
In summary:
- We don’t just provide offices.
- We run a workplace operating system designed around people – and improved through evidence.
7) How do we deliver Science at Work?
We deliver Science at Work through three core pillars, all of which are powered by our people:
1. Performance
We create environments that help people and businesses perform at their best through thoughtful design, space standards, and consistent operations.
2. Progress
We continuously improve the workplace experience using real feedback, data, and learning.
3. Partnership
We design and adapt the workplace around how clients actually work, now and in the future.
Powered by People
Our teams are the engine behind performance, progress, and partnership every day.
8) Will we receive more information?
Yes. We are really excited to share more with you – keep an eye on your inbox over the next couple of weeks for updates!
Please make sure that we have the email addresses for all team members within your organisation so that we can keep you all updated.
9) Who should I speak to if I have questions?
- Your usual Landmark Space team
- Your Area General Manager
- Our Operations Director (Tom Kirk) or Chief Operations Officer (Henry Horsfall)
