We are thrilled to announce Chancery Lane is the newest address to join our illustrious London portfolio. Our Chancery Lane building is now open for viewings before it’s official launch on June 1st. Situated halfway along the famous road, this brand new office space is located in one of London’s most desirable locations.

The new building offers all of Landmark’s services: private offices, Club Desk access, dedicated desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and reliable IT connections. Businesses large, medium and small can work directly between High Holborn and Fleet Street, alongside some of the most prestigious law firms and consultancies in the country, and the distinguished, neo-Gothic Maughan Library. This ultra-professional workspace will work wonders for your image.

Chancery Lane is one of the most well-connected areas of London, served by two tube stations—Holborn and Chancery Lane—and very close to Blackfriars Station, which offers National Rail and Thameslink services to North London and the South and Southeast of England. As well as the crucial transport links, the Chancery Lane building is a short walk from the picturesque Lincoln’s Inn fields, and some of the best pubs and eateries in the City.

Like all our UK locations, our Chancery Lane office space comes complete with anything your business could need—from deluxe furniture to high-speed internet. This building even houses an artisan coffee shop on ground floor level for those midday pick-me-ups. Starting from £700 per month, you can rent your own secure, fully-furnished private office. That price covers cleaning services, use of the meeting rooms, and enough office space to house a team of 1-100+ people. Our private offices also come with a private phone line, and continuous superfast internet service ensured through a backup cable.

The new building also houses one of our Club Desk drop-in workspaces. Book a shared space or a quiet zone and use it for whatever you want—just £300 per month, or £350 for access to every Club Desk location in the UK.

If you’d like to use the desirable Chancery Lane address without using it as a physical base, the virtual office package is for you. With prices ranging from £39 to £109 a month for services including call forwarding, call answering, and a business address. The building’s meeting rooms allow virtual residents to meet clients on-location.
