Ed leads the team as Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Space. Prior to joining Landmark Ed was the CEO of a PE owned vehicle leasing company and has held senior sales roles in G4S, Speedy Services and Barclays. Ed draws on his extensive leadership experience to drive the company forwards and has a passion for exceeding the current needs of our clients and also exploring their future requirements.
He has a passion for sport and in 2022 successfully completed the ‘Race Across America’ which is billed as the ‘world’s toughest bicycle race’ as well as spending time with his family.
Ed Cowell Chief Executive OfficerAs our Chief People & Operations Officer, Henry draws from extensive experience across various sectors, including supply chain, engineering and software development. Employee and stakeholder engagement is important to Henry, and so operational improvement and strategic thinking are part of his every-day. Henry has delivered people initiatives and complex change management to improve how the business functions, making a positive impact to the work environment for all employees.
As the dad of two boys under 5 I don’t get a huge amount of spare time but when I do, you’ll find me in the garden cultivating prize winning tomatoes….not that I’m competitive.

At Landmark, she brings teams together to unlock growth – drawing on a background that has shaped global B2B and B2C brands across the workspace, hospitality, financial services, automotive, FMCG and lifestyle worlds. Known for her energy, empathy, and clear thinking, Kate helps Landmark stay focused on what matters most: our customers.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her travelling with her partner and two kids – city-breaks, mountain hikes, jungle adventures or doing as little as possible on a beach.
Kate Cox Chief Revenue OfficerJames leads the finance team as CFO. Prior to joining Landmark James held leadership positions in family, PE and public companies and most recently was Group CFO of OCS Group prior to the sale of its FM business. James focusses on how his team can add value to the organisation in all that it does, and providing brilliant services to its clients.
James is a keen sailor and loves to be out on the water. He also plays tennis at his local club often partnering his wife in mixed doubles
